 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
 Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
 Shri Heritage reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation by us, the full payment will be refunded.

We accept secure online payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other approved payment methods.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
Delays due to weather, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
    ●    Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
    ●    Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
    ●    Refunds or replacements will be processed after successful quality inspection.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

All logos, product designs, images, graphics, videos, text, and website content are the exclusive property of Shri Heritage. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Shri Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.
